Success Story: ICMP International Meeting at Museum Sophiahof
For an international conference of the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) at Museum Sophiahof in The Hague, IFS Audiovisueel delivered the complete technical production. From interpretation systems and hybrid streaming to video recording and photography, every element came together in a smooth, bilingual event.
As the main AV supplier of Museum Sophiahof, our team knew the venue and its systems well. Using 3D visualizations, we planned the setup and camera positions in advance, ensuring clear communication with the ICMP team.
The event combined on-site and online participation in English and Ukrainian, supported by interpretation booths, infrared receivers, and two separate streaming channels. Thanks to Dante audio and precise coordination, both audiences experienced flawless sound and visuals.
In addition to the livestream, we produced full video coverage, photography, and a highlight film that captured the atmosphere and key moments of the day.
Through close cooperation between ICMP, Museum Sophiahof, and IFS Audiovisueel, this hybrid production showcased how technology, content, and teamwork can connect people across borders.
